Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sipinor websites, demos, trials, and school management software (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or requesting a demo. School administrators are responsible for authorizing staff and parent access within their instance and for complying with applicable education and privacy laws.

The Services

Sipinor provides cloud school management modules (such as admissions, fees, attendance, exams, and parent communication) subject to the plan you purchase. Features, limits (including student caps), and support levels may vary by plan. We may update the Services to improve security, performance, or functionality.

Customer responsibilities

Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Configure roles and IP filters appropriately for your campus
Ensure you have rights to upload student, parent, and staff data
Use the Services only for lawful school operations
Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer the platform except as allowed by law

Fees & subscriptions

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing terms presented at purchase or in your order form. Fees are generally non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

Trials & demos

Trials and demos are provided for evaluation. We may limit duration, features, or capacity. Data entered during a trial may be deleted after the trial ends unless you convert to a paid plan and we agree otherwise in writing.

Intellectual property

Sipinor and its licensors own the Services, branding, and related materials. You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the Services.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Formal product commitments are those in your subscription agreement or order form.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIPINOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO SIPINOR IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Termination

You may stop using the Services subject to your subscription term. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or legal risk. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends; export options, if any, follow your plan or support process.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a signed order form specifies otherwise.
